Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. El Global Hotel Panama cuenta con pileta al aire libre y centro de fitness y se encuentra a 10 minutos en auto del centro histórico de Panamá. Hay wifi gratis en todas las zonas. Everything! There was nothing that we did not like. The facilities were great, super clean. Rooms were spacious, always very clean and the bed was AMAZING! We had a great view over the city from our room. The pool area and gym was nice too, good view and nice jacuzzi. The breakfast was good. The staff was absolutely amazing, they were SO SO helpful. Location wise was good too.

The room (2123) Premium Ocean view was beautiful, spacious, squeaky clean, with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, beautiful balcony with an extended ocean view. The staff courteous, professional and very helpful in all venues. People like Luis at the Bar with his witty humor and Alejandra in the Panamanian restaurant with her professional charm, go a long way in making a difference. First time I have seen in a Hotel a TV displaying all available channels summarized in one page with their logos, immensely facilitating the usual burden of identifying the available channels. Overall a great experience at the Balboa Hilton. Will surely return in our next trip ti Panama
