Featuring a fitness centre, a terrace as well as a bar, Hotel Calimala is located in the centre of Florence, 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella. What a staff! The best hotel staff I have ever seen. We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

Ideally set in the centre of Florence, Hotel Davanzati offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. This 3-star hotel offers a bar. We can’t speak highly enough of Leonardo and the rest of the team. So welcoming, so friendly, and lovely touches like the Happy Hour and helping with our nightmare heavy luggage up the 26 steps. Brilliant location great breakfast - we really can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We will be back.

This former Augustine convent of the 13th century is set beside the Uffizi Gallery, facing Florence's Ponte Vecchio. The roof garden with bar offers views of the Cathedral. Location, breakfast and room were all very good, staff very helpful in giving up information about sights and attractions.

Hotel Balestri faces the Arno River in Florence city centre. Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery are 400 metres away. It features a roof terrace with lovely city views. I have visited Florence several times, but this was the best stay so far

Featuring panoramic views of Florence and the Arno River, Portrait Firenze offers luxurious rooms with handcrafted furniture. This hotel is 30 metres from the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge. It was by far the best hotel stay in the whole of Italy. The service, quality, location, and everything else were just exceptional. All staff, from the porters, check-in staff, room service, and cleaning attendants, are friendly and helpful. You can see that the owners of this hotel group care about their team and treats them well. The rooms are luxurious and in perfect condition. Everything works and whatever you need is just a phone call away. The location is in the heart of Florence. I would come back to Italy, just to stay at Portrait again.

San Firenze Suites & Spa is overlooking historic Piazza San Firenze, just 100 metres from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery. The staff were amazing, kind and very helpful.

In a prime location in Florence, Casual Rinascimento Firenze provides a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Amazing hotel in a wonderful location, close to everything. The room is huge, so as the bathroom. The pool and sauna are really great. The breakfast is rich and good.
