Set in Medellín, Hotel York Luxury Suites Medellin by Preferred offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary typical international breakfast. The location was great as it’s not within all the noise and hype but only 7-10 mins taxi away from it (provenza) so you can have peaceful sleeps. The suite was incredible, the view from your room is picture perfect (you will take the same picture every morning!) the small details like automatic curtain control made it feel very luxurious, the bed super comfortable the walk in wardrobe… literally everything about the suite was amazing. I would say this is the best place we have stayed at out of all of our travels. Loved it and WILL 100% return.

The Four Points Sheraton Medellin is located in the heart of the Poblado commercial and financial district, downtown Medellin. Great food. Young guy making omelettes was amazing. Pool was warm. Great security!

Located in the exclusive area of Poblado, near Medellin’s business centres, Hotel Porton Medellin offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Facilities include free on-site private parking. The breakfast buffet was huge, with a big variety. especially loved the smoothies which were not like the watery, sugary “juices” in other hotels. The staff were always friendly and helpful! We slept well, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet enough. Overall really good value money and much recommended.

Located in El Poblado, this hotel is 3 km from Medellin’s Olaya Herrera Airport. It has a terrace as well as self-catering accommodation. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available. The facilities and staff were excellent especially Santiago, could not fault anything.

The coworking space hits the mark for digital nomads seeking a blend of productivity and style. Although the wellness classes come at an extra cost, they are absolutely worth it for a refreshing start to the day. While I haven’t yet explored the sauna and pool, they’re on my list for the next visit. Dining here was a joy, with most of my meals enjoyed on-site — a testament to the quality. Breakfast is particularly noteworthy. The menu, rich in fresh and flavorful options, includes standout dishes like the perfectly spiced Shakshuka eggs, crisp and refreshing salads, and the tangy Kombucha. I wholeheartedly recommend indulging.
