The Hotel employee are very friendly and helpful. From the moment you step into the hotel you feel the warmth from the staff making sure you have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Got a lovely and delicious xmas cake left in the room when we're back to the hotel on Xmas eve was a great surprise. Special thanks to the Guest Experience Team for making our stay enjoyable!

There is an embankment nearby, along which you can walk. The room was overlooking the river. The room has everything. Tea, coffee, water. A comfortable bed. The hotel has professional staff, solved all our questions quickly. The cleaning is good. There are several restaurants in the hotel. I especially liked the Steakhouse.

Amazing design to the hotel, fantastic view outside the window as you can see the classic Beijing Hutong with beautiful trees outside your window. and the interior design really utilised marble everywhere. The bedding was really premium, I have never had a better sleep.
