delighted with a room upgrade to king suite overlooking rear courtyard, excellent room with great amenities, had lift to second floor, breakfast very reasonable with choices, friendly staff, handy to great restaurant (Yamato) nearby, nice looking pool and spa but couldn't use as monopolised by large family party

Breakfast is good, but It could have more no gluten or veggie awareness options. The room is well-equipped and clean. The facility is good, and the front desk is very gentle.

Nice foyer and parking facilities outside. Really easy down the road to the airport location. Staff were friendly, very helpful storing our ski bags and larger suitcases (4 total!) Room was ready for us when we arrived before check in which was lucky but very nice! Don’t try the onsite restaurant but seemed busy when we looked in! Room was large and very clean

Breakfast offerings was a bit above many other similar hotels, including in the US - good variety of choices. Bold coffee was deeply appreciated. Average room but with mini fridge and microwave oven discreetly tucked away. Comfy bed and the window slid open enough to enjoy some much needed real air. This hotel is also placed well, within easy reach of the main road through town, and with a varied selection of restaurants, lounges and stores nearby. Good value generally.

The location is AMAZING! We had a 4th floor suite overlooking the marina, and the view is of course incredible. The beds were comfortable, GREAT SHOWE, and the in room jet tub was a big bit!
