Superb location, friendly staff and rooms are exactly what’s needed for a city break. I WOULD IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. On arrival we were met but a relatively small queue and it didn’t take long to get served. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Selka who upgraded our room to a King. We were also only charged £100 deposit instead of the standard £50 per day. Note you get this back pending no issues with the room. I read loads of reviews before we went to NYC and people are slating the rooms. I’m not sure what you want from the middle of Times Square without paying an absolute fortune. Yes the rooms are dated and have issues but you sleep and shower in them that’s it. The beds are comfy and they’re cleaned daily. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a short break I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

Location was amazing. Room was massive and bed was so comfortable. View from our room was outstanding wow!! Location is great, accessible within walking distance to Times Sq, to Korean town, to Broadway, 5th and 6th Aves and subway. Love the Korean restaurants just outside the hotel too. Every staff is friendly and helpful be it from the front desk, cleaners, security guy and the staffs topping up breakfast every morning always wear a smile. Rooms is clean, neat and comfortable. Common area aren't grand but good enough. Love the 24/7 availabilities of water, coffee and tea in the pantry area and the vending machine with snacks and drinks. The breakfast might not be the most luxurious but it has enough varieties for us, had fun making our own waffles for breakfast!!
