The comfort of the bed, the pressure of hot water shower, the AC working very well.
The food we order from room service was ok, not top as I would expect from a hotel of this level, but we enjoyed it.

The staff was very welcome and helpful start from check-in was very smooth and fast, the room was good only needed a bit of refresh in the bathroom area the odor was really bad of smells but when we turned on the AC it got better, also the glass door need to repair had so much noise when we get out and in, the breakfast was good and the staff are very helpful especially the one who stand by at condiment section was nice and helpful.
Suggestion:
The lift & corridor area was really hot I guess there is no AC there maybe it's under maintenance or I don't know but better have.
