It's a perfectly functional hotel. The room was clean, a little small. No bathroom kit, shower was great. The Internet was down most of the evening but restored in the morning. Shuttle bus to the airport was useful. Hotel receptionist very professional. Breakfast was OK.

The staff were really helpful. They stored our luggage free of charge, called us a taxi and checked that it was on its way. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were good. The location is close to Gare du Nord.
