Lots of bike hire places, including electric bikes which is good for the steep hills!

Port de Sóller is a small picturesque village in a large horseshow bay with scenic surroundings. At the end of the beach is the harbour where the daily ferry from Palma comes in. At the other end is a nice walk up to the lighthouse, which is on top of the hill. Great views over the Tramuntana mountains. Along the Promenade plenty of Cafes and souvenir shops.
The historic vintage tram carriages dated back to the 1920’s are providing a fantastic tour between Soller and Port de Soller. This opportunity is taken up by hundreds of tourists daily. The tram runs along the promenade and every carriages brings in so many people into this small village. Long ques of tourists along the promenade to wait for the return carriage. It is a bit mental to see the crowds of day trippers. All the Cafes and Restaurants are crowded at day time, than after 7pm when all the tourists left by the last tram, the village gets quite. Cafes are closing than and you feel like you have the village to yourself.

Lovely to walk along the sea front to the cafes, bar and restaurants . The walk to the left hand light house offers great views over Port ade Soller. Everything you need is walking distance buses the tram supermarkets. I went out of season which I prefer as not so busy and weather still nice. Buses are very punctual and will take you to beautiful places like my favourite Soller, Deia and Valldemossa…. A gem of a place … a must to visit.

The perfect location!
The perfect location! Literally a few steps away from the beach, boat trips and the very beautiful old wooden tram stop. The tram leaves P.Soller at 8:30am and then every hour until early evening. We went to Soller on the tram for €8 each and then walked back to P.Soller but the tram goes as far as Palma for €32 return (it takes about 1 hr).
We visited in early November so many of the bars, hotels and restaurants had already closed for the season but we still had plenty of choice and the place was very tranquil.
We hired a car from Palma airport and have driven around Mallorca which has been simple and fabulous. Whilst staying in P.Soller, we also visited Deia, Valdermossa and Fornalutx - all well worth a visit

A lovely little beach resort.
A lovely little beach resort. Gorgeous views and a great beach for kids. The tram to Soller was great fun. It was very quiet as we visited at the start of November so it would be nice to go back when more is open.
I stayed at Bellavista with my elderly mum, We really enjoyed spending time on the terrace looking at the bay of Port de Soller. You are super close to the beach and restaurants. The contact with the booking agency was easy and they were very friendly. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, it felt very homely. You do need to walk some steps (or steep road) to get up to the apartment which for us was fine but just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay here again!
fabulous stay
We recently distinguished ourselves at Hotel Minister and it was a nice experience, the place was charming, we found helpful and smiling staff, we had dinner at the hotel which turned out to be of great quality and a great choice of wines. Our room with every detail, highlighting the cleanliness, large shower. For those who want to enjoy beautiful views at sunset in Port de Sóller, the hotel has an incredible RoofTop.
Thank you very much
The breakfast was adequate although I would have preferred a buffet breakfast
The room was small but had a nice balcony and water view
The hotel has a relaxed feel about it and the Art work is interesting
I liked the terraced gardens and the pool area was pleasant and pretty to look
The location of the Hotel is amazing and cannot be beaten. The Bar and seating areas are nice with good papers and books to peruse
All in all a good stay at Esplendido
I had a very positive experience at this hotel. I think the one thing I appreciated the most was the location and the layout of the lobby. The hotel is at the center of the main tourist area, which is very convenient for spending a full day walking around. The lobby area is also large and comfortable to hang out in. I very much enjoyed my stay during my visit in March. I would gladly stay here again during the off season.
The room was big, I'm a solo traveller but given a room for 3 people and the little balcony was a nice addition. The free safe in the room was much appreciated. The best part of the room was the shower, very powerful. The view from the front of the hotel is beautiful and the location is great to see across the whole of Port de Soller. Staff were friendly.
Peaceful tranquil setting surrounded by nature with pool and poolside bar. Great location 5 minute walk from bus stops, 10-15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, shops. Extensive breakfast buffet included. Personable pleasant happy staff. Price is very reasonable relative to other highly-priced properties in Port de Soller. I loved my stay!
Hotel Esplendido was quiet and relaxing. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and we loved the pools. Our room had a lovely view of the Port and we enjoyed waking up to that view over a cup of coffee. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to nearby restaurants.
We were upgraded to the better positioned Hotel Eden as Eden Nord was undergoing refurbishment so this review reflects Hotel Eden. Great location, great facilities and really nice staff. It was really clean..maid service daily…great pool..great restaurant staff.
This hotel was so lovely! Has everything you need. Staff were so friendly and helpful (helped organise a taxi for us for the airport). Pool and breakfast were highlights. Honestly can't fault anything. Would 100% return here.
the hotel is old and beautifully decorated you feel that you are islolated in the mountains but just outside you are 2 mins from the port and the restaurants and beach
lovely pool area - great restaurant at Sa Figuera
The hotel is styled very nicely, great value for money and good location. close walking distance to the Port. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff helpful in booking cabs. pool area was lovely to lounge around by.
The hotel was so comfortable, so many nice amenities like the sauna and pool, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really needed a place to rest and rejuvenate and this place was perfection.
Perfect view over the whole port, perfect located. Parking on the street was easy. The hotel itself was very beautiful and cozy. Everything was clean. The room itself was nothing special but overall good.
Situated a little out of Port de Soller so very peaceful and with spectacular views.
Relaxed, small hotel with very friendly staff.
Lovely food - simple but very fresh.
Beautiful swimming pool.
Beautiful views. Friendly staff. Great location. The whole family enjoyed our stay in Port de Soller. My personal favorite was the breakfast where the staff greeted us personally every morning.
Hotel Marina is a lively hotel, located on the front at Port de Soller. There is a swimming pool behind the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and an extensive breakfast buffet.
Lovely corner room with a balcony looking over the bay. A great location for walking around Port de Soller, with many bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
