Helpful, at every turn. A glass of wine while sitting at the patio, overlooking Lake Lugano was amazing. Need to remember, the building is over a hundred years old, so it's not your typical Hotel. But the experience of staying here, will last you forever. A good 6 to 7 minute drive to Lugano main street and waterfront. A picturesque drive for the memories bank.RichardUnited States

Our room was simple furnished with older furniture, but everything was clean, beds were comfortable, we would choose this hotel again.

Great breakfast. Fantastic View. Comes with the Ticino pass which gives you discounts and free public transportation in the area. Nice restaurant down the Street open till 10:00. If arriving by train there's a direct bus to the hotel. The hotel provides only breakfast but there's a pizzeria and two other restaurants a few metres away.
