There was nothing not to like about the accommodation but couldn't get a taxi into Builth on a Monday afternoon ...so what would it be like on a weekend or if there was something on like the Royal Welsh Show ??

I can only say that I was fortunate enough to have found this most charming place to stay. It is set in beautiful surroundings. From the moment you arrive the hosts are most welcoming, relaxed, friendly and very professional in their laid back approach, nothing is too much trouble. They must be commended on the standards of the property. It wants for nothing. It was spotlessly clean, warm and very well appointed. I will be back and will also be booking it for my friends to stay. Just press the 'book now' button, you wont be disappointed!

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We stayed for a couple of nights, and it is in a great location for exploring. We chose this location for dark sky photography, and it was perfect, although the weather did not comply. Tea, coffee and milk were there on arrival. There is a good pub a few minutes walk away. Will stay here again.

Jane and Richard are wonderful hosts. The apartment is incredibly clean and comfortable, it has everything you might need for a short stay or indeed a longer one. Not a sound at night, super comfy beds, a little table outside to relax in the garden… if only this holiday had never ended!

There wasn't anything to dislike!

Gwilym's stable was a beautiful accommodation for my fiance and I to celebrate our engagement. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well kitted out with everything we could need. We were well looked after, the pub was in walking distance and the surroundings were so beautiful. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful location, plenty of parking, quiet and peaceful, lovely friendly hosts. Lots of nice places to visit within easy reach. Comfortable accommodation with everything we needed for our stay. Clean and spacious with a smart TV, which was great for us when relaxing in the evening. Plenty of facilities to make catering for ourselves easy. Many thanks to our hosts for their kindness.

There was nothing we didnt like .

The area was stunning ,we live in the fens which are very flat ,Gwilyms stable was very quite and the host was lovely ,We went to a sheep sale on our last day and were able to leave our trailer at the premises while we had a couple of days to go site seeing .

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment is quiet, cosy and well appointed within: tidy, well-lit and equipped with care. The owners are very welcoming and know the area well, so full of ideas for visits out. The situation, just off the main road between Builth and Llandovery, is perfect as a base for exploring the area, whether you are a walker or keen to visit local artists, castles and cute towns. The WiFi is good in the sitting room, and the TV channels include amazon prime. Although it can sleep three, it's really best for one or a couple.

Location had a great countryside viewing, room was very clean, hosts were available to help, there were a few great little extra touches at the property that make you feel at home.

Nothing all perfect..

Great location as we were trading at The Royal Welsh Show Ground and was few minutes drive. And lovely to head back to a warm flat The flat was spacious and well equipped with all creature comforts, the Flat was bigger than expected and we slept really well as its so peaceful there. Highly recommended, will definitely be first choice if available to book again if we are attending more events in the area. The stables were clean, well presented and had everything you need for a few nights away.
