The breakfast was excellent, fresh juice, fruit, toasted bread with ham, cheese etc and a pastel de nata. The hosts, Miguel and his dad were very friendly and helpful and the location was great, except for the roadworks going on outside the front door but not the property’s fault. The roof terrace was also a bonus with comfy seating.

There was an unfortunate horrible smell coming up from the drains in the bathroom each morning. It may be linked to the road works going on outside but it was most unpleasant. There was also noise from the nearby restaurants well into the early hours so not quite as peaceful as we would have liked.

Everything. The owner was so helpful both before and after our stay. The boat was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Marina staff couldn't have been more helpful and the location was amazing.

Cute place, recently built/renovated. Nice bathroom and very comfortable beds! Very quiet. Amazing breakfast and the option to have a picnic snack made for the next day of walking.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Short walk to all the attractions in the old town and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast! Staff helpful and friendly.

The rooms were smaller than appeared in photos and position of the toilet in two of the bathrooms we used made for difficult access to the rest of the bathroom.
