Positive section of review
Room was a good size, with a table and chairs. Bathroom was spacious with a separate toilet, shower and bath space. Decor was unique, with a neon light on the wall. Location was great, close to multiple train stations, convenience stores and even a don quiote. Korea Town is also nearby.

Local area can be rowdy in the evenings, lots of host clubs and love hotels, but expected for Kabukicho!

We chose this hotel for the strategic point. One min to subway. You can easily take day trips from Shinjuku to Hakone, Nikko... The room was clean, not big, but ok, exactly as in the photos. Bathroom new, big enough.

Biggest rooms we had while travelling in Japan. Close to public transport. Cocktail drinks between 5-7pm for free every day.

Was close to the red-light district and that's about it

Rooms were very small, as expected in japan but this was a joke. Staff were not helpfull as all trainee and when I asked for one lesson night was still charged for the extra night. Disappointing to say the least.
