The reception n driver at the hotel were helpful n approachable . The bathroom need to have a curtain as I find very undignified if having at night whether can see through or not. Too many insects as environment full of plants which can't help Breakfast which not provide coffee or tea or not serving? Some breads pl Need to teach how to turn gas cooker , TV but I managed to ask the driver to turn the air condition because I don't read Chinese as I'm ashamed of myself as I was not to send to Chinese school by my parents Other wise reason price to stay

The design of the hotel is very unique? the hotel makes people feel at home: especially the servce of Jenny Wang at the front desk is very good. very good!!! Also very enthusiastic teach me how to take a taxi!!! And fruit twice. Thank yju so mach!!! Moon cakes are also recommended!!! Very delicious! Five-star service!!! Ten- stars for Janny Wang!!! Every meal was a feast!
Every meal was a feast! Three meals per day, 6 days in Haikou and never a repeat restaurant. We rode the train for 4 1/2 hours - roundtrip from East Haikou and back, visited all major parks along the ocean each morning and watched the seniors busying themselves to stay healthy, was @ a site compared to our Sea World in California, down south to Sanya, and several large shopping malls...even checked out a couple of Starbucks(which was quite expensive for just a cup of coffee). Our original plan was 5 nites, but had to extend an additional night because CX cancel our original date of return to the States and request we leave Haaikou a day earlier than planned. We didn't want to loose our prepaid night w/Booking,com & there's NO refund for early check out. Instead we opt to stay the extra night. We will check w/CX to see if they would cover the cost or share part of the expense for the night. CX/KA = Cathay Pacific/Cathay Dragon

The apartment came with heating which was great. Breakfast was great too and had lots of variety to choose from. Staff were great and patient with our questions.
