The place has an incredible vibe and is the perfect place to stay while exploring Paraty. The coffee shop is lovely and there are plenty of spaces to sit and relax. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms compact but perfect with the most comfy beds ever and toiletries. The staff were also so friendly and helpful. I would stay again and recommend people to stay there.

The location is in the middle of Copacabana beach. There is a lane for taxi drop off which is monitored by security.The breakfast was ok.

The whole complex needs (BADLY) some maintenance in the rooms and common areas. For instance, the door of my bathroom was rotten by water, towels were "dirt brown" instead of clear white, the room and bathroom walls with some dust and asking for paint, etc...etc... It seems the owners forgot top re-shape the place log time ago and are now just collecting money. Extremely disappointing for a nice constructed building that has seen much better times, many... many years ago. Decaying.
