The room is very tidy. The staff is kind and polite.. The breakfast is also very good. The chef is very attentive. I stayed for many days. The hot dishes will be updated and will not be repeated every day. I am very grateful to staff who is named June at the front desk for providing tourist information and giving us a detailed explanation. We have a better understanding of Xi'an's characteristics. In addition, his care saved me a lot of embarrassment. On the day of breakfast, I accidentally soiled the food table and left corn flakes all over the table and floor. At that time, he came from the reception desk and helped me take care of it quietly. I'm so touched. I'd also like to thank another cleaning staff for helping me.
Thanks so much !

Amazing location with a vibrant street food area, department stores with everything and adjacent to the Da Ming palace park. This hotel essentially has its own metro station with the train going directly into the city centre right next to the entrance. It’s also very close to the city centre being only two stops. Plus the fact that the whole city and the the main sights are accessible by the metro make having the metro right next door very convenient. Check in and out was very easy. The breakfast was excellent and the lounges very comfortable. The service was great all around.

Very close to MTR stations and Muslim Street which is a tourist area. Walking distance to many tourist spots too.
Only setback is the aircond in one of the rooms is not cold even after feedback. Water pressure at the shower can be improved.

Most exciting place. One week is not enough. Will come again. Xi‘an is more than Terracotta warriors. There are many shows worth to see.
However, the visit to Shanxi Historical Museum is overly complicated as the website is in Chinese and not well organized. Even my Chinese guide did not manage to get me a ticket.

We arrived in Xian after first visiting Beijing.
We arrived in Xian after first visiting Beijing. Personally I like Xian better than Beijing, not only the history but also life around is mor vibrant. In Beijing to much control, to much officials etc. We chose to visit the Terra Cotta army as well as Famen Temple and both visits are a day tour. Unfortunately Pit 4 exhibition is moved from the TC army to another museum. Personally I was always impressed by Pit 4, showing the Bronx chariots etc.
There is much more in Xian, one evening we enjoyed a Tang Dynastie show, had a walk in Muslim Street and visited The Great Mosque.

Terracotta army is of course the top thing to visit in Xi'An. Do not miss the bronze carriages. They are incredible and the museum created just for them is exceptional.
Xi'An is one of the best places we visited in China. The whole town is fantastic. A walk on city walls is unforgettable. Xi'An museum has great exhibits, especially in the underground area. There are a lot of great museums in Xi'An and it is worth spending a few days in this beautiful town.

Thousands of years of history in this vibrant town, with amazing food diversity, mind-blowing tour sites, and a fun attitude. There are lots of shopping opportunities as well with plenty of malls to choose from that feature Chinese and international brands. Don't forget to set your phone up with Alipay or WeChat linked to a credit card so you can easily make purchases or order rides with Didi. Not absolutely necessary but makes things MUCH EASIER (this is generally true for anywhere in China)..

Xi'an has a long history and is of great cultural importance...
Xi'an has a long history and is of great cultural importance in China. There are therefore many historic sites to visit (e.g. the Terracotta Warriors, Giant Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, City Walls). It also has a large Muslim quarter, which is interesting to wander around. The food is good, and the Muslim quarter has some particularly interesting and tasty dishes. The city is easy to get around. Like most Chinese cities, it has a good metro system that is easy to navigate (everything is in Chinese and English), but the city centre inside the old city walls can be easily explored on foot. The city walls are intact, and you can walk all the way around - another way to see the city! The walls are also surrounded by a moat and very pretty gardens. As well as the historic sites, Xi'an is a thriving modern city, so there are good shopping malls and plenty of nightlife, if that's what you want.

Fascinating ancient city and capital of past Chinese...
Fascinating ancient city and capital of past Chinese dynasties. A eye opening and crash course of the ancient Chinese civilization. A cauldron of different faiths, cultures languages, etc. In addition to the tombs, city gates, city walls, temples, mountains and mosque, etc .. must try out the Han costume and the local food. The experience is definitely memorable and adds a element of fun.
very comfortable accommodation in this hotel, the best we had while traveling in China. The hotel has everything you need. The room was fully furnished, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast very varied and very tasty. The hotel is located in a quiet location and is not far from attractions. I would especially like to praise the receptionists Victor and Lorin, they speak Very good English, they were very kind and gave us all the information we needed, We really recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you!
After booking communication with hotel was great and check in was easy with a little help from Google Translate. Manager arranged contact with a guide for a food tour and is really helpful. Nice coffee on arrival and given a voucher for a free beer at a bar next door. Room was lovely. Nice big bed, good shower and plenty of space. Free standing bath in room and balcony over looking the city wall.
The service and the staff was very good. We enjoy it so much. The location is close to the street food and Metro Zhonglou station which is situated near to Xi'an Bell tower. The hotel room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. There are coffee, hair dryer, toothpaste , comb, toothbrush, drinking water and the laundry downstairs which is free for inhouse guests. Breakfast was delicious.
The location is good. The staff is kind enough. The room equipped only with the minimum (bed, sofa, shower, toilet, sink) is clean and quiet, which is good if you go out for sightseeing early morning, come back late at night, and sleep. If you consider the purpose of your stay as well as the cost performance, this hotel may be a solution.
Loved the staff, very helpful. Specially Jason Zhao helped me to clear up the issue of Credit Card double charge.
Clean facilities and very comfortable bed, I am very picky with bed types.
Close to all the Major attractions
Exended my stay by 2 days in Hilton as it was way better than Sofitel.
Place was amazing, by far one of the best hostel I’ve ever been in.
Friendly Staff, amazing and clean rooms, big bathroom with good showers and normal toilets( you are never sure in china).
Big ups to Alan for helping us as well with booking stuff online!
One of the best experiences I had traveling in China. The staff - especially Fancy and Eva - went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great, rooms very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!
The hotel is very close to Zhonglou Subway Station, only a 5-7 minute walk away. They also offer airport shuttle services at a reasonable price, as well as day tours to places like the Terracotta Warriors and Mount Hua.
The location of the hotel was really good. A different area of the city but has a fair bit to walk and explore in the area. The breakfast option was vast and delicious. Reception staff were pretty good and friendly.
The environment is very warm and cozy. The bathroom has towel warmer which seldom seen in China. Has drink and snack in evening time. The room has projector which you are able to cast from phone or table.
The breakfast was great, the room and the hotel are clean and well organized, laundry facilities are present, the location is fantastic, and the price is very affordable.
Very good modern hotel in Xi'an old city. The location is excellent, the breakfast has a huge selection of both chinese and western foods and the rooms are big and comfy.
third time using the hotel, and we are happy with our stay, it is what we expected: Great breakfast, kind staff and great location, in the centre of everything.
The staff was very helpful about everything I have asked and wanted.. breakfast was awesome ..gym was quite good for hotel gym,you can do decent workout 👍
